When the bag filter is in use, the flue gas contains moisture. When the operating temperature fluctuates or the temperature crosses the acid dew point during the process of starting and stopping the furnace, it will cause condensation on the surface of the filter bag. In addition, when the ignition is turned on, the fuel is thrown to support combustion and the  dust collector pastes The important reason for the bag. So how should we solve the problem of dust collector paste bag.

　　Once the  sticking accident of the bag filter  occurs, it is troublesome to deal with, but it still has to be tried. According to our long-term practical experience, the bag following measures can be taken:

　(1) Increase the operating temperature and strengthen the drying strength of the bag filter bag (pay attention to prevent over-temperature);

　(2) Increase the pressure of compressed air, and adjust the time interval between short pulse valves, between rooms and between cycles on the PLC at the same time, so as to increase the intensity and frequency of blowing and cleaning dust, and continue to do so for 5-7 days. Gradually clean up the dust accumulated on the filter bag to restore the resistance to normal. When conditions permit, this high-intensity cleaning should be performed when the discharge machine is stopped. This method is effective for mild to moderate paste bag processing.

　(3) For extremely serious paste bags, if the above two measures are still ineffective, the only way to solve the problem is to replace the filter bag.
