Efficient automatic dust removal control function:

1. Dust cleaning controller: The system's dust cleaning methods are divided into three automatic operation modes: timing/pressure difference/pressure difference + timing.

Timing: The pulse valve sets the cyclic injection according to a certain time.

Pressure difference: The pulse valve blows when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector reaches the set value.

Pressure difference + timing: pressure difference timing is mixed, pressure difference priority.

2. Ash conveying and unloading control: The ash conveying mode of the system is divided into three modes: material level, timing and mixing.

Timing: Start this button to unload the ash and stop automatically.

Material level: When the upper material level indicator on the ash silo has a signal, it will automatically unload the ash again, until the lower material level indicator has a signal, each ash hopper unloading automatically stops.

Mixing: The material level is mixed but the level meter signal has priority. After starting the ash unloading of the corresponding ash bin, if the low material level signal does not reach the ash unloading for a period of time, it will automatically stop.

3. High-pressure fan control and parameter display: display the performance parameters of the fan, motor and force coupling, and can manually set the opening of the air door and the speed of the liquid couple.
