     Pay attention to the adjustment of the hot air system, open less when it is cold and wet, reduce the valve opening to prevent the temperature drop or condensation in the incubator; when the weather is hot and dry, the situation is just the opposite. The internal electric heating tube should be checked regularly, and damaged should be replaced in time. The electric heater in the thermal insulation box should be turned on 2h before use to make the internal structure of the box higher than the dew point temperature of the flue gas. After the device is started, slowly adjust the knob on the panel and slowly increase the current and voltage until the flashover control is in a normal state.

     Check the inside of the electric field frequently, replace the damaged cathode burr in time, clean up the dust on the electrode, analyze the cause of excessive dust on the corona wire and anode plate, and make timely adjustments. Pay attention to observe whether the electrode plate and the cathode frame are deformed, whether the corona wire is loose, whether the deviation of the pole distance is within the specified range (the deviation of the distance between the corona wire and the electrode plate should be less than 5 mm), whether the rapping hammer is shifted or loose, and the striking force Whether it meets the requirements, whether the discharge port of the gas distribution plate, flue and ash hopper is blocked, etc.

     Regularly maintain the silicon rectifier transformer, especially monitor its oil level, oil quality, insulation resistance, and insulation resistance of high and low voltage windings to ground to ensure that its indicators are within the specified range. The positive pole of the high-voltage transformer and the dust collector shell should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4ω.
