The parts cleaning machine usually needs to consider the following aspects when choosing the cleaning method.
(1) Material properties of cleaning objects. If the object to be cleaned is a metal material, it should be considered that objects made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and key materials have great discrimination in strength and chemical resistance. From wood, leather, glass, plastic, rubber, etc. Objects made of non-metallic materials also differ greatly in performance. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the performance of these materials in cleaning, and select appropriate cleaning agents and cleaning methods in a targeted manner.
(2) The surface condition of the cleaning object. The smooth and flat surface of the object and the rough and uneven surface of the object are cleaned in the same way, and the results obtained are quite different. The surface condition of the object should be fully considered when choosing a cleaning method.
(3) The condition of dirt. Different cleaning agents should be used for different dirts. The cleaning agents and cleaning methods used for metal surface-based dirt and scale and oxide-based dirt are quite different. Another example is that due to differences in living habits, the dirt on Asian tableware is mainly starch, while the dirt on European and American tableware is mainly fat, so the tableware cleaner formula used is also very different.
(4) The degree of cleaning required. For ordinary metal parts and high-precision electronic components, due to different requirements for surface processing accuracy and different requirements for cleaning and decontamination, the methods used are also different. With the increase in cleanliness requirements, production costs have also increased rapidly. Therefore, both cleanliness requirements and economic requirements must be taken into consideration, and appropriate cleaning agents and methods must be selected.
(5) Cleaning equipment used. The use of advanced cleaning equipment can achieve better cleaning results, but the actual need must be considered.
(6) The safety of the detergent used. When choosing a detergent, it is necessary to fully understand the performance of the detergent. Such as whether it is flammable and explosive, how irritating to the skin, whether it is toxic to people, and how to treat wastewater, so as to avoid unnecessary accidents during the cleaning process.
(7) The efficiency of cleaning. It is very important to improve the efficiency of cleaning and decontamination. For example, it takes more time to remove the dirt on the metal surface by a simple soaking method, and the decontamination time can be greatly shortened when the circulation flow is accompanied by stirring, ultrasonic treatment or steam cleaning. For the cleaning of a large number of industrial parts, the use of assembly lines can greatly improve production efficiency. Therefore, different cleaning methods should be selected according to actual needs.
(8) Economical. When choosing a cleaning method, the production cost must be considered. On the premise of ensuring cleanliness, using an inexpensive method is a reasonable choice.
